Inspection Upon Delivery

The customer is required, upon receiving the product at their premises, to unpack and inspect it in the presence of the delivery person. If any damage is found (e.g., wear, impact, or breakage) that is due to an error by the shipping company, the customer has the right to refuse delivery and return the product to the delivery person. At the same time, they must immediately inform GUITAR YARDLEY SHOP OE. In this case, the company is obliged to replace the product within a short period.

If the customer does not inspect the product upon delivery, it is assumed that the product was delivered in excellent external condition, without any aesthetic defects. Any defects identified after delivery are considered to have been caused by the customer, who forfeits any related rights.

Note: The above term does not apply to sales from the physical store, where the product is inspected upon delivery in the presence of the customer. However, it applies proportionally when delivery is made to the customer's home via shipping.

Return Terms

Products must be returned in excellent condition, complete, and without damage, along with the original packaging (also in excellent condition). If the return is not made within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, GUITAR YARDLEY SHOP OE reserves the right to refuse the return or replacement.

Return Conditions:

The product must be accompanied by the original Retail Receipt (or Shipping Document, if it is an invoice).
Prior to any return, prior consultation with the online store of GUITAR YARDLEY SHOP OE is required.
Right of Return

The right of return applies in the following cases:

a) Change of Mind:
Within 14 days from the date of receipt, if you change your mind for any reason, you can return the product with the original packaging and proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or shipping document) and request a refund or replacement. After 14 days, only the rights provided by the product warranty apply.

b) Incorrect or Defective Products:
Within 14 days from the date of receipt, if the product is incorrect, defective, or has been damaged during shipping (e.g., wrong order, poor packaging, damaged product, etc.), the customer is entitled to a refund or replacement.

c) Functional or Quality Issues:
Within 14 days from the date of receipt, if the product has a functional or quality issue covered by the warranty of GUITAR YARDLEY SHOP OE, the customer is entitled to a refund or replacement.

Note: Products covered by third-party warranties (e.g., manufacturer or distributor) do not fall under this category.

Exceptions to the Right of Return

The right of return does not apply in the following cases:

Products with damage or destroyed packaging. (In special cases, they may be returned as slightly used (B-Stock) at a reduced value, following an agreement between the customer and the company.)
Products without proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or shipping document).
Products whose serial number does not match the sales records of GUITAR YARDLEY SHOP OE.
Consumable products (e.g., strings, picks, straps, rosin, bows, batteries, etc.).
Books (for obvious reasons).
Products subject to hygiene rules (e.g., wind instruments, wind instrument consumables such as reeds, mouthpieces, in-ear monitors, microphones, etc.).
Software that has been unpacked or registered online (registration) in the customer's name.
Products containing software (e.g., sound cards) that have been registered online (registration) in the customer's name.
Products sold by special order or have undergone modifications by the Service Department of GUITAR YARDLEY SHOP OE at the customer's request.
Products that do not mention the right of return on the website www.guitaryardleyshop.gr.
Shipping Costs

Return due to a problematic product: The shipping cost is borne by GUITAR YARDLEY SHOP OE.
Return due to an order error: The shipping cost is borne by GUITAR YARDLEY SHOP OE.
Return due to a change of mind: The shipping cost is borne by the customer. The customer must return the product using a shipping company of their choice (except ELTA) and at their own expense. In the case of heavy or bulky products, the return is made after consultation.
After the return and inspection of the product, a replacement or refund will be issued, after deducting the shipping and cash-on-delivery costs (if any).
